Among the places and services they used, the proportion of respondents who responded that they were discriminated against was high in stores, restaurants, banks, workplaces, and workplaces, and low in schools, universities, landlords or real estate agents, and public institutions.

In particular, the highest percentage of respondents said they experienced discrimination on the streets or in their neighborhood.

Satisfaction with life in Korea

It was found that foreigners are generally satisfied with their lives in Korea without any significant differences by gender. The total satisfaction, which includes very satisfied (40.8%) and somewhat satisfied (39.6%), was 80.4%.

17.7% were moderately dissatisfied, 1.7% were slightly dissatisfied, and 0.2% were very dissatisfied. This is an understandable response to some extent, as foreigners who are dissatisfied with life in Korea would have returned to their home country.
