The third pre-subscription for the Korean government’s public housing project ‘New Home’ began on September 22nd. This subscription includes many highly desirable locations in the metropolitan area, such as Gyosan in Hanam and the area near Galmae Station in Guri, so it is worth paying attention to.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that it will conduct pre-subscription for New: Home (500,000 public housing units) for a total of 3,295 households, including in Gyosan, Hanam, and the Galmae Station area in Guri.
This subscription, which is the third following the second subscription last June, includes three types of subscription: sharing type, selection type, and general type.
Supply details by type
▲Sharing type: 1,152 households are supplied in Gyosan, Hanam, Gyeonggi-do (452 households), Jangsang, Ansan (440 households), and 10-2, Magok, Seoul (260 households). The sharing type can be purchased at a sale price of 70% or less of the market price.
▲General type: There are 1,225 households in the Guri Galmae Station area in Gyeonggi-do (230 households), Jinjeop 2 in Namyangju (381 households), and Gyeyang in Incheon (614 households). The general type is similar to existing apartment sales. However, it is sold at 80% of the market price.
▲Optional type: The optional type, which allows you to live for 6 years and choose whether or not to sell, is supplied with 918 households in the area around Galmae Station in Guri, Gyeonggi-do (285 households), Daeyami in Gunpo (346 households), and Jinjeop 2 in Namyangju (287 households).

Estimated sales price by type
The estimated sales price of the sharing type and general type was calculated to be in the range of 200 million to 400 million won for exclusive use areas of 60 m2 or less, and 400 to 500 million won for 69 to 84m2. The estimated rent for an exclusive area of 60㎡ or less for the optional type was calculated to be in the range of 500,000 to 600,000 won per month.
The supply schedule starts with the general type on September 22nd (Guri Galmae Station area, Incheon Gyeyang, Namyangju Jinjeop 2), the sharing type on the 25th (Hanam Gyosan, Ansan Jangsang), and the selective type on the 26th (Guri Galmae Station area, Gunpo Daeyami, Namyangju).
