The Seoul Metropolitan Government will hold the ‘Interpretation and Translation Special Exhibition’, a job fair for marriage immigrants, on the 1st basement floor of the Citizens’ Hall (110 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul, Exit 4) from 1 to 4 pm on October 12, hosted by the Yeongdeungpo-gu Family Center.
On this day, three booths will be operated: Recruitment Hall, Consulting Hall, and Event Hall.
The Recruitment Hall conducts on-site interviews with 16 companies that want to hire marriage immigrants, operates an indirect recruitment post, and the Consulting Hall provides various employment support services such as resume consulting, interview speech, and job search.
In the Event Hall, various events such as ID photos, making your own cups, and drawing prizes are held.
It is expected to be a very good opportunity for multicultural families who are interested in finding a job.
This event, which was suspended due to the corona virus, but is held face-to-face again after two years, has also been successful in 2018 with 14 companies and institutions participating, resulting in many marriage immigrants finding employment.
Participants in the job fair are immigrants whose spouses are Korean and have acquired F-6 (marriage immigration), F-5 (permanent residency), or nationality.
Online pre-registration (https://forms.gle/4wSjGAzaDeSNXkdf9) is in progress until October 7th, but even if you do not pre-register, you can still apply on the event day.
For inquiries, please call the Yeongdeungpo-gu Family Center at 02-845-5433 (ext. 3).
