Daejeon Beauty Education Employment Startup Support Center has been selected as a regional industrial-type customized job creation company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and will start the ‘Global Beauty Talent Training Course’ from May 9th along with Daejeon Dong-gu Office.
Daejeon Beauty Education Employment Support Center was established as the nation's first multicultural beauty education center. This global beauty talent training course was prepared for 20 marriage immigrant women living in Daejeon to connect with employment and be trained as international beauty instructors.
Multicultural families can participate in this course, which is 100% funded by the government, free of charge. It will be operated for five months until October 6, and after the first recruitment, the second recruitment is currently in progress.
The center's curriculum is characterized by a very systematic composition of ① Multicultural Family Settlement and Integration Education ② Multicultural Beauty/Certificate ③ Employment and Start-up Reinforcement ④ International Beauty Instructor Training.
① Multicultural family settlement and integration education provides 11 types of education, such as ▲building a healthy family for immigrants ▲international marriage family and family welfare ▲understanding the start-up environment ▲understanding commercial location analysis ▲start-up marketing.
② The multicultural beauty and certification course consists of 8 types of education, including ▲Korean beauty service training ▲field practice shampoo ▲field practice dyeing ▲basic haircut ▲international hair and beauty instructor grade 3 certification ▲ speech leadership grade 3 certification.
③ Employment and start-up reinforcement ▲Presentation of successful employment/start-up cases ▲Education on basic employment education (how to write cover letter and resume, establishment of interview strategy, etc.)
④ International beauty instructor training is divided into three stages. The first stage includes Korean speech education and K-beauty education, while the second stage promotes employment and start-ups and creates jobs for multicultural beauty instructors. The third stage consists of remuneration education, training of a full manpower of beauty instructors, linking with multicultural education programs, and more.
At the Daejeon Beauty Education Employment Support Center, most of the training is conducted with the participation of experts such as representatives of the Korean beauty industry and hairdressers. In addition, it plans to provide customized education for multicultural families by using materials that take into account individual class progress and language ability, and by matching native instructors. In addition, it is planned to provide an opportunity to apply for a national certification through remuneration education through follow-up management and field practice at the same time as education, and strengthen the bond with a small group of advising professors.
