Papaya Story is launching a ‘Please Help’ service that provides practical help in living in Korea to multicultural families and foreign residents. The ‘Please Help’ service helps foreign residents who are unfamiliar with the Korean language, Korean society, culture, and systems to solve the difficulties they face in their daily lives.

What are some of the difficulties you face while living in Korea? In simple terms, there are many different things to do, such as ▲how to use a bank ▲conversing with a doctor at the hospital (interpretation) ▲resolving loneliness (making Korean or foreign friends).

What other things are difficult to solve? There will be various problems such as ▲filling out visa documents to invite family, ▲appearing at the police station to make a statement, ▲resolving conflicts with your boss at work, etc.

Of course, Papaya Story does not have the ability to solve all these problems. However, Papaya Story can connect foreign residents with over 220 multicultural family support centers, over 30 foreigner support centers across the country, over 100 immigrant organizations, and hundreds of good Koreans who are ready to help foreigners to help foreign residents solve their problems.

(In fact, Papaya Story has helped illegal aliens who have been scammed by accompanying them to the police station so that they can go to the police station and file a complaint against the fraudster.)
