The Korean government is operating the National Tomorrow Learning Card system so that people who are preparing for a job or trying a new job after losing their job can receive employee training.
Basically, only citizens who have acquired nationality can participate in this program, but foreigners with F-6 marriage immigration, F-5 permanent residency, F-2 residence, D-7 intra-company transferee, D-8 business investment, and D-9 trade management visa can receive vocational training by issuing a National Tomorrow Learning Card.
F-6 marriage immigrants can participate in this program without any other conditions, but other foreigners must have a history of employment insurance to participate.

① Basic support of 3 million won (with own expense) + additional support of 1 to 2 million won depending on income level, can be reissued after 5 years

① Those who are employed as fixed-term, dispatched, part-time, daily workers
② Persons who are working in the company subject to priority support
③ Workers in employment crisis areas and special employment support industries
④ Persons with 60% or less of median income (2 million won) as of the current year
○ Application rate
① General Participants: 45~85%
② National Employment Support System Types I and II (specific classes): 80~100%
③ National Employment Support System Type II (young people and middle-aged): 50~85%
④ Work incentives recipients: 72.5~92.5%
○ Training incentives
Up to 116,000 won per month. A foreigner who has an attendance rate of 80% or higher and meets one of the following two requirements is paid ①Unemployed taking 140 hours or more of training course ②Self-employed (up to 360,000 won per month)

For issuance of the National Tomorrow Learning Card and course registration, visit the job center directly or apply online or mobile through HRD-Net.
